Project Intake & Requirement Review

Design Optimization & Prototyping
Before cutting steel for molds, ChilBo’s R&D team conducts a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review. We utilize high-precision prototyping and sample validation to verify the assembly fit and visual aesthetics of your toy or precision part.

Tooling Development & Mold Validation
Tooling at ChilBo follows a rigorous, approval-based progression. Our in-house mold workshop utilizes precision EDM and wire-cutting machinery to create high-durability molds.
Trial Runs: We conduct exhaustive mold trials (T1, T2) to confirm dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Only after the mold performance meets ChilBo’s internal benchmarks and your specific standards will the project advance.
Pre-Production Approval
Before ChilBo triggers full-scale mass production, a formal Pre-Production Approval is mandatory. Final "Golden Samples" are reviewed to ensure 100% alignment with approved specifications, Pantone color standards, and functional requirements.
Quality Baseline: This approved sample serves as the definitive quality baseline for our ChilBo production teams throughout the entire manufacturing run.
Mass Production & In-Process Quality Control
At ChilBo, quality control is an integrated heartbeat, not a final thought. We utilize the Yongyou ERP system to monitor production efficiency and consistency in real-time.

Final Inspection & Packaging
Before any product leaves the ChilBo facility, it must pass a final comprehensive inspection. We confirm that all items meet the approved requirements and that the packaging is robust enough for international transit.
